Hello! I am 26 years old female, sexually active with no steady relationship. I usually take all the measures of precaution but sometimes it happens that I don’t. Anyway, 4 days ago I noticed some extra discharge from my vagina. It was sort of brownish. I am not supposed to get my period, so I am sure it is not that, as I have regular ones. Is it STD maybe or could it be something else?
Hello! You haven’t mentioned if you had unprotected sex lately but I will assume you did. Firstly, brown vaginal discharge can be caused by birth control pills if you are taking some. Secondly, it may be implantation bleeding if you got pregnant, and thirdly, it may be STD. In each case, you need doctor’s evaluation, so pack your stuff and off to a doc girlie!!!! Good luck!!!!
