Hi there,
This has been a problem for as long as I can remember, whenever I exert myself (particularly when swimming) I can feel incredibly sick afterwards.
This might suggest that I'm unfit. But I'm not, I'm not even slightly overweight, and I have a fairly good diet. I'm currently 20.

The other day I was just attempting to swim about 10 metres in a river, but litterally after a couple of seconds I felt very tired, and by the time I got to somewhere where I could stand I felt very sick, dizzy and wanted to vomit, this lasted atleast an hour afterwards.

Would be great if you guys could help diagnose me, its just not normal.

Someone suggested I might have Diabetes?

You've just explained my problem perfectly, and I'm 18 and perfectly healthy.
It is regularly suggested it's due to dehydration or eating before hand, but I doubt this is the case. Also, this started in the last few months =S
