My question is does this sound like just plain jane hemorrhoids or something worse? -- I'm 22 years old. I gave birth approx 15 months ago to a 10.4 lb boy. Our birth was really stressful. I pushed for 2+ hours and when we both started going downhill fast the dr used forceps and got him out. The painful BM started about a month after that. I have blood after almost every BM. I feel like I'm trying to pass needles. I haven't looked but I know it's swollen after. I can feel it throbbing along with pain that lasts for hours. It had literally taken my breath away at times and put me in tears because it hurts so bad. Nothing relieves the pain either. I can't feel anything except a swollen area but I try not to touch it because it hurts. The swelling that I do feel though seems A LOT larger than what it normally is, like as I feel a squeezing from my cheeks when I stand up straight. It's been over a year. Please give me some insight here...

It certainly does sound like you have some severe hemorrhoids giving you problems especially when you need to pass stool.  You may need to have surgery to remove them if nothing helps with the pain or the bleeding.  You should have a doctor have a look and see if there is any prescription medication that may help you.  Otherwise, you should have the surgery and end the misery for good.  It is a pretty common procedure with different ways of removing the hemorrhoids.  You can have them "tied off" or removed surgically. You can discuss what you want to do with your doctor.
