i am 46 yrs female, when i go to sleep i have a pacial pain located on my upper right jaw. checked dentist, no problem with teeth. the pain gets so severe until i have to get up, last year the pain was so excuriating felt as though my jaw was going to expode. pain lasted for an hour, subsided some, later that day a red mark was on my cheek. since last year i have had only small episodes. when i first feel the pain, i get up , because if i do not the pain escalates. i did go to a doctor for my face and they did a x-ray, revealed a small cyst in my sinus could that be causing my problem. the doctor said it was no big deal. but i suffer and i am in constant fear of that awful pain coming back. when im awake i feel good no problem. many thanks
