I am 22 years old, male, good physical condition, never had any serious health conditions except for common cold and mild fever due to climate changes. My problem is I faint in uncomfortable crowded places like trains, buses, waiting places (queues) where I have to wait more than an hour or 2, I also faint in new places which I have never been to before, and I faint if I am alone in far away place from home, and heated places like direct sunlight, I don't faint if I stay at home, for this reason I haven't traveled in trains and buses for around 5 years, I am afraid to do so. And this is how I feel when I faint, my heart beats really fast, my vision gets blurry, I lose control of my hands and feet, and I sweat instantly and I pass out. and people give me water, and few snacks or food, and I feel better, and I recover instantly, like real soon, and the fainting again doesnt occur for next 2 days. and I also faint if I am afraid of being alone, I have rapid thoughts of hallucinations or my thinking, like for ex, if I am in a crowded train, the train crashes or someone stabs me, or someone punches me in my face, thoughts like these increases the chance of fainting. Is my problem a medical one or psychological one? anyone plz clarify this and tell me how to overcome this problem. Thank you
