I've been feeling the same way for a couple weeks now. I was thinking it could be pregnancy or just stress but then again i ain't a doctor so i'm going to see a doctor hopefully soon.

HI, i had this problem for years. I was ALWAYS bloated, I even used to wake up feeling bloated. I would have nausea & was very underweight because the thought of eating when my tummy was so bloated that I felt full, made me cringe. For me, although I was very skinny, (with an empty bloated tummy) I was subconciously scared of getting fat. My whole family is thin & my mum was underweight for my entire childhood, so there was no reason to worry, as genetically, weight is not a problem. But it was also a combination of (non food related) anxiety & panic attacks that were causing the stomach upsets, not drinking enough water was keeping me constipated, so because it hurt to go to the toilet I would put off going, which made the constipation & bloating worse. If you don't eat, your body is starved of important nutrients & food gives you the energy to function. Our bodies are like cars, if you don't put in the fuel & water, it won't go - this may be why you're feeling so tired. I also found that the bloating was caused by something else, a few foods that I LOVED (& ate nearly every day) that my stomach couldn't handle - they are garlic, capsicum & onions. After eating a roast one night at my mums-full of yummy seasonings & garlic-I felt so bloated that our planned night out of salsa dancing was ruined, all because I felt so bloated & sick. I sat on the sidelines like a wallflower, passing up the opportunity to dance with sexy guys, because I felt sooo sick. It was then that I decided to see a dietician, who asked me to keep a food diary & write down every bite of food (or drinks) I ate for 2weeks, with a column for symptoms, date, time, what activity I was doing at the time etc. This was incredibly helpful & I now no longer eat those foods. I was amazed, because I thought you had to dislike a food to have an intolerance to it. Pretty niave of me I suppose. I know this all sounds very simple, but it may be that the headaches are caused by lack of water, tiredness by lack of food & the nausea & lack of appetite either a food intolerance; constipation (again lack of water); anxiety/stress which can cause physical symptoms like the ones you are experiencing; or a subconcious fear of becoming overweight - there is a lot of pressure these days about being "the perfect weight for your height", especially with rising obesity problems in society. I may be wrong, and no offence if I'm way off the mark. But I am writing this with empathy as I struggled with all of this myself, I was popping anti-nausea tablets, stomach cramp pills, antacids & valium every single day just to feel almost normal. I am still working on all of these problems myself, but thankfully to a lesser degree. It appears that stress & anxiety play a huge role for me & that my physical health can only improve if I work on my mental health, I found that just talking to a dietician & a psycholigist has helped sort out a few issues. I also found regular doctors infuriating & fairly unconcerned about my health. In fact I feel like a hypochondriac every time I visit a gp. But if you have a really good gp, maybe start there. Good luck hun. Drink lots of water if you can stand it, honestly, dehydration can put you off food in a big way. Your stomach might be hungry, but your mouth thinks everything feels & tastes like cardboard & the thought of swallowing it makes you feel sick. Also too, not eating at all causes your stomach to produce acid, this acid causes your stomach to bloat uncomfortably & feel too full to eat - as this cycle continues, you are perpetually sick & tired, malnourished & possibly moody too.......Or as someone else suggested, pregnant? I just noticed this thread is 5years old, I'd be interested to know the outcome of your problem now, 5 years on.

So many females with problems like these, including my 15 year old daughter! Her symptoms started after getting her 3rd HPV vaccine of gardasil. We don't know what the problem is for sure but you might want to check your vaccination records!

When I was a kid I ate very little. I felt really full all day after eating a small amount and was never hungry until age 18. At age 18 I began drinking more water, which seemed to help speed up and help my digestion. It helped get rid of bloating and nausea too. I also began taking acidophilus and digestive enzymes. This helped a lot. I also found that whole grain products like shredded wheat cereal or 12 grain whole grain bread were difficult for me to digest. Soy was a big problem too. Eliminating them helped a lot.
It is probably not Mono. I had Mono. In addition to being tired, you sleep about 18 hours a day. I'm not exaggerating. And it *usually only lasts about 2 to 2.5 months. You said this has been going on a few months, so it is *probably not Mono. A blood test will tell for sure.
Try drinking more water and taking acidophilus like Bio K+. You can buy it at most health food stores. The fatigue should go away once you eat regularly through out the day!
