For the last , three to four days , I have been feeling like I'm getting poked by needles . It's mostly on my back and rarely on my stomache . I'm very worried cause I've read stuff that says it may be diabetes . It mainly happenes when I'm sitting in class . Like it happens out of no where and I jump a little . But I really am worried . By the way I'm 15 .

So you're feeling tingling sensations.  There could be be many reasons for that.  It doesn't sound like you have diabetes at least at this point.  For diabetes, you be experience extreme thirst and having to pee a lot along with any tingling sensations you might be feeling.  You might be experiencing some form of anxiety.  Are you under a lot of stress right now?  Do you tend to be sedentary.  Do you exercise?  A lack of exercise can make you feel tingling sensations particularly when you're out of shape.  Your muscles need to be exercisized on a regular basis to keep them functioning properly.  Try doing a power walk (walk fast, not jog) and see if this doesn't relieve some tension/stress and your tingling sensations.
