It seems like my life has started to get to me. I could say that I have been calm and well normal until my wife died. Since then, I can freely say that my nerves are not as strong as they used to be. And now the situation is even worse. I am feeling faint from time to time and have nervous episodes. And some unexplainable fear kicks in from time to time. What should I do?
I am very sorry for your loss, it looks that it has really affected you. And also, it seems that you might need some professional help. I mean, you do not have to start with medicaments, but perhaps several therapist sessions might be helpful. Just talking about your problems could bring some relief. I know this helped me several years ago, when I had a problem with depression.
