i am a 17 year old girl and i just started college 2 days ago and I'm living in the dorms and all of a sudden for the past 2 days I've woken up in the mornings feeling super sick to my stomach and the other day i actually threw up. since my stomach felt sick and i was nervous on the first day of school i didn't allow myself to eat a lot at all, and if i did it was just water or a little bit of dry cereal. I'm really scared because i don't want to feel sick in the mornings because its disgusting and i can't help it. i have been drinking a lot of water lately and I'm NOT pregnant. I'm just wondering if anyone might know whats up with this problem or what their theory of whats causing it is, so someone please help me :(
yeah i get like that too lol on the first day back to school, its almost normal but what i learned ( what works for me) is that when i stay positive and take my mind off being nervous then it goes away, just relaxx and be happy and you will forget it lol
