Hi! I’m feeling the same way. I had been smoking for 4 years straight everyday, four to five times a day. I quit five days ago cold turkey. My symptoms have been cold sweats, heat flashes, clamp hands and feet, dehydration, fatigued, weaker then ever, loss of appetite, loss of weight, headaches, stomach pains, blurred vision, lightheaded, and dizziness. Out of these the one that has been hitting me the most is the dizzy spells. Sometimes they last 30 minutes and other times three to four hours. And this will happen multiple times throughout the day. I’m starting to get worried thinking there is something more worng with me. The dizziness is sometimes unbearable, I feel like I’m on a boat deep sea fishing, that is spinning 5mph. It might be the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. Has anyone else had these spells and how long does it last? Please help!! I’ve lost a lot of weight bringing me down to 110lbs at 5’7” and 22 years old. I am a petite female who can not take these symptoms much longer.

Hey guys, just wanted to answer here, I was feeling dizzy for 4 days in a row after I quiet, my advice is start with a healthy diet, be sure you eat 5 times per day, be sure everything you eat is healthy, lot of fruit and good stuff your body and your brain will be recovered before you think. Try to don't think too much about the feeling and burn toxins doing some exercise.
4 days you should be recovered 100%.
Best luck people!
