i m a 19 year old male, a couple days ago while i was working i started to get sharp pains in mower bladder area just my privates on the right side. its not constant. after noticing the pains i checked and whenever i pee or use my abdomin for work a small lump the size of a radish, almost like an airpocket developes. when i am relaxed the lump goes away. the pain isn't predictable because sometimes when i walk ill get it. it feels like muscle pains, but i can't fighure out why there is a lump
