Feminine problems, spotting, bloating ect.

I really need advice... Well I have always had an irregular menstrual cycle, but when I do get it, I always have the same symptoms. Recently, I have been "spotting" and it has been going on for 7 days now. Each day it gets more painful and I bleed more but not to the point where a liner and wiping clean cannot fix until I start bleeding again. I am also crazy bloated,with some random back aches every now and then and I am very emotional. I am 20 years old and yes I have been sexually active with my man. Has anyone had this problem? & if so what should I do? I really don't go to the doctor or anything and im not on birth control.
