Do you get feverish after other physical activities? What about after masturbation?

Your urine getting very yellow tells me you are probably dehydrated. As to the semen, is it actually semen? What is the color? Could it be precum? Precum could be normal if you're still "excited."

It also could be some form of STD. Have you ever been tested?

Post back with more information please.

hi thanks for your response

I think i feel feverish after a stressful day, funny taste at the back of my tongue which was associated ( by doctors) with bile

i keep having sore throat from drinking cold or lukewarm..have to mix my water ( drink only warm water)

I dont masturbate anymore, i used too..It made me sick, i now have abdominal pains that has not been cured

the might be right about the issue of dehydration, its seems my bladder is small
once i drink lots of water i urinate almost immediately

I felt it was semen, its white and slippery to touch

Yea i have been tested for Hiv AIDS

Pls I need help

Hi,

So you've seen doctors about this? I'm glad you've been tested for hiv/aids

I have two ideas, the first is that you may have a prostate infection going on. You have most of the symptoms. It would explain the semen issue and the abdominal pain. There are several varieties. Most likely also have a low grade infection that is causing you to feel feverish at times.

Has the water/bile issue been going on with this or was it pre-existing? It's not common for bile to come up. My concern with this is the possibility of the liver being involved and possibly hepatitis. It would affect the liver (bile), can make you very tired, and cause pain in the abdomen as well.

You're going to need to see your doctor again. You may want to consult a urologist instead of a GP. They'd be more familiar with the semen issue.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have more questions.

Great, thanks for more information. You're helping to localize the area.

You say the pain in the the right side of your abdomen, just below the ribs. The gallbladder is located there. You may be having a gallbladder attack or possibly gallstones that are causing this. Symptoms include: nausea, pain, sour taste in your mouth, most of what you've described really.

Your doctor can palpate the area but will probably do an ultrasound to check for inflammation.

Treatment can be "wait and see" if it's not really causing much discomfort, using sound to break up any gallstones, or removal of the gallbladder.

It should not account for the semen discharge but if you're not masturbating... As long as you're having no troubles down there, let's focus on one thing at a time.

Hope this helps, keep us posted.

The symptoms fit something going on in that area. The liver, gallbladder and pancreas are all near there and any of them can cause these symptoms. It could also be pancreatitis, it has similar symptoms as the gallbladder and often seems to be related when there are any problems there.

I think you're going to have to repeat some tests. Actually, I'd probably get another opinion depending upon how long it has been since the cat scan and ultrasound.

Do certain foods make it worse?

Hi Oise,

I'm sorry you're going through this.

What do your doctors think? I'm still thinking gallbladder and/or pancreas. It sounds like they were thinking peptic ulcer.

If you had an infection the antibiotics should have taken care of it. Hep A, treated, should not be an issue especially if it was years ago.

Do you notice an increased heart rate or shortness of breath when this happens. Are your stools ever different in color, usually light?

Ask your doctor about choledocholithiasis. It's a stone in the bile duct. These might be just small enough that they're having trouble seeing them with the CT scan or ultrasound.

I agree with medic-dan's assessment. It is possible that you could have a stone in the bile duct that the doctors may have over looked. When do you go to the doctor? Have you set up an appointment with them yet?

Hi Oise,

The light stool is a common symptom of pancreatitis and gallbladder problems. This is a very commonly misdiagnosed condition. To the best my knowledge the light colored stools are NOT a common symptom of IBS. Unfortunately the symptoms for IBS are a little vague.

You definitely fit the pattern of pancreatitis or gallbladder much better than IBS.

Gluten disease (celiac) can be diagnosed from a blood test or taking a tissue sample from your small intestine. Have they done either? Are you on a gluten free diet? Is it helping?

I'm not sure how long you've been seeing this doctor but I strongly recommend that you get another opinion. I don't want you to suffer. Your doctor should not be offended as you're still having symptoms.

Diagnosis of pancreatitis and gallbladder problems would begin with blood tests. They'd specifically test the pancreatic enzymes,
high serum and urine lipase and high serum amylase. Along with other levels. MRI's and CT scans would be done. I know they did the CT scan and it did not reveal anything, but I'm not sure what they were specifically looking for either. If it is gallstones or choledocholithiasis the stones can be hard to until they get bigger.

Really, these are very hard to diagnose diseases. Your doctor should recognize that.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I wish you the best, keep us posted, Dan
