I have white spots all over the skin of my penis and testicles and have had it as long as I remember. It seems that the spots occur mostly where there is a hair folicle. I am twenty years old and am afraid to infect any girl during sex with whatever it is that I have. There are also occasional blackheads on the skin. What could this be? Is it contagious?
