Hi there,

I really have to say that this site is a great support for everyone. My friend, my colleague from the work is reading it all the time. She recently started to follow Tahiti diet program, because she find it really mystic and interesting, and she just love all those mysterious things :)

But, she is concerned because she doesn’t know for how long she needs to follow this diet program to see first results?

I was wondering, anyone in here with some experience?

If you do have, let me know :) I hope that this diet program is not a waste of time :) lol

It depends. I was following this diet program twice in my life. First time was two years ago, when I was following this together with my ex husband, just because he was thrilled with this diet program. In that session of my life, I have lost 17 pounds in 7 months, and I was not so happy, but it was ok.
Second time when I was following this diet program was three months ago, and I am still following it. So far, I have lost 14 pounds, which is really great results.
So, this is me, my example and I hope that this one is helpful to you!

My friend Lilly was following this diet program for a few months. She was following this one even while she was pregnant. She consulted her doctor, and he told her that she didn’t have any health problems, so she was able to continue with this diet program.Now, she quitted this one while she was breastfeeding her son, but during seven months, I think that she was following this program for seven months, she lost almost 25 pounds. So, you can lose your pounds, that is sure, but I can’t tell you for how long you need to follow this diet program.That is not possible to tell.
