Im 15 my voice is breaking and my penis skin was attache to my head i retracted that and i pull it down to the bottom of my bell and then my fore skin is attached all the way round the underneath of my head its not the frenulum i know what that is, ive tried to do te stretching things but nothing has happened. Please help
