i can fully retract my foreskin now but not when it is erect, then i can do it 3/4 of all the way. the problem is when i pull my foreskin back i see this red-pinkish skin attached to the left side of the head of my penis i know that is the reason i cant pull my foreskin back while erect. ive had many chances to lose my virginity but have always backed down because of this.... NEED HELP PLZ!! what should i do??

The fact that you can fully retract your foreskin when soft means that there is nothing wrong with the way your skin is attached to your glans. Keep exercising your foreskin when erect, and it will eventually retract fully when you are hard. In the meantime, if you have sex put the condom on with your foreskin forward.
