Hi I'm 15 and I'm a bit worried I gess I've got extra skin on head of my penis and that is attached to my foreskin and it's stopping to pull my foreskin fully down and I'm concern about and what operation would I need to get it removed ??

It's like ripping any other muscle - the more you use it the bigger it will get. Forget paying for any treatments or answering internet ads. Masturbate often (daily). Silicon rings temporarily boost size - again, use them often but not for long periods of continuous time - you don't want anything as tight as a tourniquet. You need to get your penis used to being bigger (outside its usual parameters) before things stretch permanently.

I pulled back my foreskin for the first time when I was eight. I wanted my penis to look like the circumsized penises of some of my class mates. My foreskin was still attached to the rim of the glans. I had no alternative but to pull it until it began to tear away. It was painful but did not bleed much - it just left the area of the glans looking raw when the skin peeled away from it. I had to do this in two parts. I released one half of the glans and then waited for everything to heal. Around six weeks later, I did the other half. It was slightly painful (more discomfort than anything) but everything heals quickly. I always wondered whether other men had this problem and finding this blog today has put my mind to rest after many years.

Mine doesnt even pull back to were the head is visible. I have the same problem but the skin that is attached underneath is up higher.
