hi, i am 23, uncircumcised, my penis is OK to retract to let the head come out, but i feel that my foreskin is therefore kinda loose and it seems become shorter which thereafter it cannot naturally cover my penis head back. I manage to pull the skin back to cover the head without any pain coz its kinda loose but it just cant stay there and keep retracting no matter flaccid or erected. So i end up keep letting my head uncovered by the foreskin...
Can anyone help me? whats the reason for such case like me? is it becoz of loosen foreskin? any methods or treatment to overcome it? Please i wish to have a normal penis like others....

seriously? but i thought it should be normal if the foreskin can cover back the penis head for both flaccid and erected condition?

It sounds as though you have a naturally short foreskin that does not completely cover the head. Skin can be expanded by stretching. If you tug on your foreskin as much as you can the tension will make the skin produce new skin cells and get longer. Eventually you will have complete coverage of your head.
