Hi guest, do you mean it's hard to push your foreskin forward when your penis is soft or erect?
It is normal for the penis head to feel sore or sensitive when it's exposed after being covered for so long, the more you can keep your foreskin retracted the less sensitive the head will be as the skin will start to thicken up a little meaning it's easier to wash the head, the burning sensation you describe is probably just the feeling from the skin stretching, try to keep your foreskin moisturized that way it will make it softer and easier to stretch.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask :-)

You are blessed with an erogenous, highly-innervated foreskin. Many unforeskinned guys would envy your foreskin. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision. Do not be worried. You are normal for your age.
I think you need to stretch your foreskin so that it will glide easily back and forth.
When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.
It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.
The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider. Search the Internet for “How to Fix Phimosis and Tight Foreskins, Solutions That Work” and you will find the help you need.

It sounds like you just need to do the stretching exercises that were mentioned as it's because you have a tight foreskin why it's hard to push back and that's what the feeling is your getting where your trying to stretch it to quick.
Just take things slower and it will all become normal soon :-)

You can have sex the way nature intended it to be. You should thank your parents for keeping you whole, complete, normal, and intact.
One of many physiological functions of the foreskin is covering and protecting the head of the penis from friction and irritation.
When a semi-tight foreskin is retracted for a long period there is a risk of blood circulation being stopped by the tight retracted foreskin. The retracted foreskin become edematous, swells, and it becomes very difficult or impossible to bring it forward to its normal position where it covers and protects the head of the penis. When it occurs this condition is called paraphimosis.
Some men like to wear their foreskins retracted. If they don’t get paraphimosis, then they seem to do okay with it. The muscles fibers in the foreskin appear to shorten when the foreskin is kept retracted and so it will stay in the retracted position after a time. These men usually lose sensation because the head becomes toughened and keratinized by friction just as it happens to a circumcised man.
Not all men can manage to keep their foreskins retracted. Men with long loose foreskins usually find that their foreskin will glide forward again when unattended.
