When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.
It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

My foreskin doesn’t pull back once erect but what I do notice is it turns purple as if circulation has stoped what do I do it would help. Is it that the skin is too tight i dunno.

You haven't explained your problem very clearly, what turns purple and when does it?

Maybe if you keep it retracted all the time because the skin over the glands will thicken just the same as on a circumsised penis, just learning to retract your foreskin for cleaning like you should anyway won't affect the sensation during intercourse though!

You just need to do some stretching exercises by just pulling your foreskin back as far as you can so it stretches when your erect but not painful and hold it there for about a minute an repeat several times also do it preferably twice daily when taking a bath as water softens the skin helping it stretch an you should notice results in about a month.

Hi guest, seeing as your replying to a post that's over 12 years old and the person probably doesn't use this sight any more would you like to explain the problem your experiencing so we can help you ☺

OK, there are a lot of unnecessarily worried posters, and readers, here ...
I am 62 and I have always had a tight-ish foreskin. I first realised this when I went to the Doctor, around the age of 22, with a genital wart growing on the "eye". He manually retracted my foreskin, (somewhat roughly), in order to inspect the problem and, as he did so, casually remarked that I had a tight foreskin. Just that, and nothing more was said about it.
Over the years, this has caused me some sexual problems. For example, if I am too eager to penetrate, I have sometimes torn the rim of the skin. Small, tiny, microscopic sized lesions that make it sore for a week or so while it heals. With this in mind, I have found ways to minimize the problem ...
1. I always retract the skin fully during my morning shower to clean under it. With a small and soft penis, this is easy. I also slide the skin back and forth half a dozen times to help keep it supple.
2. After getting dry, I massage a very small amount of skin moisturiser into the very end section to improve the elasticity as much as possible.
3. Before sex, my wife will spend a good while sucking my penis during foreplay, this action with the saliva seems to help retraction later on.
4. I never penetrate with the head exposed - I always start with plenty of saliva (on both of us), and enter her with the skin forward. After a period of activity - perhaps 10 minutes - I will withdraw and gently pull the skin all the way back over the glans (head), add more saliva, and carry on until completion occurs. If at any time, things start to feel to be "drying up", I will continually add more saliva because otherwise, you run the risk of splits occurring; especially when the penis swells before ejaculation.
Lastly, I have just today taken delivery of a phimosis kit that is designed to gently stretch the foreskin opening over a period of time, as I'd like to not have to worry about injuring myself so much, and concentrate more of the "task in hand". It consists of a number of different sized latex rings that are inserted into the end of the foreskin 2/3 times a day for 30 minutes at a time. As the skin gets looser, you increase the size of ring that you use until the skin slides back and forth with ease. It's made by Phimocure and was about twenty two quid.
Time will tell I guess. I hope that my post helps somebody!

The easiest stretching method is when erect pull your foreskin back as far as you can without causing yourself any pain but enough to stretch the opening and hold it there for 30 seconds to a minute and repeat 10 times 2 to 3 times a day.
