Hey there I'm a little confused. If you say you are circumsized then you don't have any foreskin as it had been removed. It's hard to say what's going on because we can not see what your penis looks like butbit sounds like it could be a fungal infection.... Have you tried keeping the area clean and dry and applying antifungal cream?
