so some days ago, my girlfriend and i were having sex, and i felt a sharp pain... my forskin split and it was bleeding... i have read over the information but i never really got a complete answer for my question...
im just wondering what do i need to do so this is prevented in the future?
is there anything other then adult circumcision to prevent this? im thinking its the tight foreskin...
i will try those exercises see if it helps but for now, im wonedring if using a condomn (she uses birth conrol) will help for it would provide an extra layer...

i have been taught at a young age to clean under the foreskin. At first (how should i put this) the tip of the penis was sensitive and after time i got use to it. it does'nt hurt went i retract the foreskin but it does hurt when the foreskin is forced all the way back. it only hurts at the point of the foreskin connecting to the head of the penis which the way you look at it will be on the other side facing towards the ground. i heard theres a special cream or lubricant to make it less painful or maybe numb it. is that true? and if so what kind of cream is it? and can i get it at any drug store?

I dint knew abt foreskin until i noticed it a adult film. Since i have tried retracting it but with very little success. My foreskin goes back if i try to take it after a few minutes of stretching but is nt comfortable once it is there and the penis is also not very erect so i panic and literally hav to push back. My foreskin has never realyl come back, and I am now 18 and am pretty worried about it. I tried to pull it back while erect and that was very painful, it sort of peeled over and got stuck. I eventually got it back over but i think i damaged my penis, my erections aren't as big or hard as they used to be. That stopped me from trying to get my foreskin back for quite some time, but recently my penis became red and ithcy, with a burning sensation. I pulled my foreskin back (flaccid) and there was white stuff in there, stuck firmly on...after a couple of days of painful washing i think i have removed it all. However, my penis is still very sore inside the foreskin, very red, and gets itchy. The abse of the glans is dark and inflamed. When i wash my exposed penis it hurts like hell. Also, the foreskin is too long to be comfortably retracted - it has to be squashed and wrinkled up behind the glans. Finally, on the tip of my foreskin, inside, there are these scaly sort of white bumps on the red skin. I'm pretty sure they have been there as long as I remember, but they look worse now. I don't know whether that is simply because i have retracted the foreskin and can see inside it now.

Sorry about the huge post, but I am very worried! Please help!

What would you say to the arguement that someone might raise that circumcision is a form of child abuse and that a large campaign might arise from one end of the political spectrum followed with their interpretations of aesthetics, nature, science, and morality on the issue? What would happen if a group were to stir up both sides ofo the issue under some well planted seeds within particular communtiies through various media outlets? Do you tthink the concepts of child abuse of infants undergoing involuntary circumcision of males and soem form of mutilation in females violtes the free will of children before their minds develp to have a chance to decide whether they wish to undergo such a institutionalized ritual code implicit in some societies that might not follow natural law?

Also, I'm sure there are better ways than destroying body tissue and using the age old knife of surgical practice to cure a problem. I think its a hold over of the functional schisms between parts and narrow mechanistic paradigm of strict causation and specializations developed during the scientiic revolution and modern practice of medicine during the 20th century with perhaps some irrational buried sexual superstitions leading to bizarre practices during the Victorian era espeically in the US. The future of mediicine seems to be moving toward system biological aproaches where the various subsystems of the body organ groups are seen to compete and coporate within a mor complex systemtic whole under a cybernetic hierarchy and heterarchy of a complex adaptive system within a open thermodynamics exchange with the environement. It seems the disorder among many humans in various specialties, and their wittling away of their time wasting it on frivilous pursuits that don't tend to increase the integration of their brain and the mind seems to hold back the humanity as a whole. The perspectives on the social collective organism with respect to it's environment and visionary horizens of various competing entities and manipulation of so called free-market economies by government agents and specialized experts are limited due to time limits in official positions and their own qualitively poor assesment of the quantity of time that was spent on the experiences they had and wisdom gained. I'm hoping for an answer to my speculation , but not sure how to approach the questions in the beginning and so this may be wrong altogether.

P.S. Perhaps some ethnocentric practices need to be put on a human rights watch and considered rather crude and poorly thought out for both sexes. It is probably better to raise a thought in the minds and mold new pathways inthe brain on sexual hygiene and various topological treatments then outright gross anatomical changes the bodies of people with lazy minds with no apaprent thought as to the cateogry errors made on the complecity of nature by various factions trying to distort the obsevations made on living things. I would perhaps except bionanotechnological mechanisms, but most people seem to be walking around with various distortions on the matter of how complex thing are with their own distorted viewpoint.

I don't know if I can tolerate a global society that is tolerant of every culture blindly irrespective of the apparent hierarchy and heterarhical nature of the system such that the merits of some outweight the many in providing a better quality of life for all species, the freedom if limited in the ulimate sense to persue some goal toward a greater end of codependancy in a world with some ultimate finite limit even with ever greater industrial miniturization still limited by thermodynamic laws of resources until such as the time one can cross the abyssmal depths of space to inhabit somewhere else within a terraforming pipedream, and the happiness and well being overall of the being from some consensus that even within some transccendant paradigm quite a few pluralistic experimental social groups may exist that appear quite relative in the tolerance given to their actions but overall are quite harmless including lond standing taboos on relationships and daily routines. Still, there appears to be a hierarchy among the heterarchical strata forming the whole.

I still have my foreskin.

My problem is during sex. My foreskin is able to get pulled back past the tip of the penis to the "ring" on the penis (where I believe is the point that the foreskin is removed in circumsized males). That is where the problem is. Since when I try to penetrate deeper that foreskin which has clumped together at that ring point is not able to push back any further and it hurts. I see that there is a small piece of tissue connecting my foreskin to the tip of the penis (called the frenulum in some anatomy textbooks). A condom of course has no problems.

On the note if phimosis. I have been using the glansie tool for about 3 weeks. I have been stretching slightly painful amounts for 3 weeks and have noticed a small difference. Other than bleeding a couple times (probably due to overstrain), i took stretching slightly slower. I applied hydrocortizone cream as i heard that may be used as a substitute. I did not notice the cream helping at all. The hole is now slightly larger 3 mm or 4mm, but if I stop stretching for a day, it goes back to the way it always was (6 mm). The outside ring is also larger/swollen, and I am un sure if this is normal. Is there any other method to stretch with the glansie or any other product to help fix this? I want to avoid circumcision at all costs. If you have any tips please let me know, Thank you!
