yes this is what I have now, I'm not sure why it happens but I think I know what to do now, I noticed it about 4 to 5 days ago, so I pulled abit of my skin back and it the skin has gone dark red so i left it, it is not very long but the foreskin is trapped on/in my bell end.

I would very much recommend seeing a doctor if it gets stuck behind the glands, this can cause an infection and stop blood flow.

Hi there my name is Jamie. I have also had very tight foreskin and retracting was often difficult a tried on and off for around 2 years like 1once every 4 months and then stop last night however it just happened and i just keep trying so it came back and went over the head. I was over the moon with this :D. Then i remembered reading something about it getting stuck there and I couldnt retract it back over. I am 16 and have been sexually active for over a year now. And only now when my current girlfriend gets some better contraception then condoms have I began to worry. Using a condom often holds your foreskin relatively in the same place. And while master-bating I have never fully retracted my foreskin. I can do it while flaccid without to much Of an issue but I am now quiet worried about not being able to have sex with out a condom with her. She would understand of I couldn't but still. as you are only 12 you can keep stretching that skin back...do it in the bath or shower with plenty of soap and warm water, it may hurt but just grin and bare it till one day it will come over the head....clean it inside.

Yesterday I finally pulled it back all the way, but I realised that at the very front of my penis, there was this tiny piece of skin connecting the head with the bottom part (dont know what its called) I'm just wondering if anyone has the very front stuck aswell. You have succeeded in breaking the remaining fusions of your foreskin with the glans penis. That is good and healthy at age 13.
You have discovered a tiny piece of skin connecting the head with the bottom part. That tiny piece is called the frenulum. It is normal and it is supposed to be there. Now that you know the name, you can look it up.

hi, im 15 and i am 16 in a few weeks, i am concerned about my penis, never before though, i only recently retracted my foreskin at this age i know its wierd, iv only started to clean it, it doesnt smell or anything, but what i am really concerned is that the foreskin doesnt retract all the way behind the bell, it gets near to behind the bell and to a certain point, it luks like the inner foreskin is stuck on the bell? its like there a layer of skin from my bell that conncets on to the inner foreskin? what the heck is it? i dont know what it should look like normally but browsing the interent i have found nothing that looks like this, there is only a slight slit where a tiny bit of my forskin isnt connected... will someone please help!

There is a bit of connective tissue at the bottom of the bell that is called the frenulum. It is supposed to be there. It is normal.
If your inner foreskin is stuck to the bell, this also is normal in a developing boy. You can try pulling on it to see if you can break the fusion so your foreskin will retract further.

i really need some help on this, im getting abit paranoid about this lol but it just concerns me not unable u retract the skin behind the head the worst thing is it looks like the inner foreskin is bonded to the head, please help, i will very much appreciate it thanx

This is a development issue.
All baby boys are born with the inner layer of the foreskin fused with the head (glans penis). This normally breaks down all by itself and releases the foreskin so that it can retract.
In your case, for some unknown reason, your foreskin has not finished separating from the glans and it is stuck.
You can pull on it and see if you can break the fusion. It may take you a while doing it a little at a time.
Once you get it broken, you will probably find a lot of white stuff called smegma behind the fusion. This can then be washed off.
