Hey, im 15 years old.and about a year ago i found a small hard lump on the upper front part of my left testicle.It never has ccaused me any pain or anything and it hasnt grown.im in good shape and it hasnt made me siick at all so i dont think its cancer since ive had it for a year. I havent went to my doctor about this because it doesnt bother me.

Anyone know wat this could be,and would it be fine if i just left it there?
