hi,
this may be a silly question but i'm trying to gain weight that i have recently lost. i'm trying to get back 10 pounds because i got really really skinny. i am a size 0 and i know that thats not good. i try to eat as much as possible without eating all that junk food. i dont like fast food and refuse to eat it but i will eat anything else. i just dont want to gain back sloppy weight.

can anyone help with ideas. i also just started drinking GNC weightgainer shakes but have been told that they can make you tired really fast.

I have a friend that put her son on a regimen to gain weight and he gain healthy weight and lean mass. You want to do it the healthy way, like you said, going the unhealthy way just presents more problems. The best way to gain weight back is to increase your protein intake with meat and other items. Try taking protein shakes as well which might feel weird but it is super helpful. Eat alot of vegetables and fruits. Drink different juices. Avoid junk food but once or twice a week is fine if you feel like :p
