Not sure where to begin. I am a healthy 31 yr old woman, aside from a liver hemangioma which has been ruled out as a cause for my symptoms with a full liver panel. I started having upper right quadrant pain, indigestion, constipation, right shoulder pain, and excessive gas and fatigue(non severe) on Nover berry 17th of this year. I have lost 30 pounds in 3 months. 3 ER visits to be told it is all in my head, as CT with contrast and lab work is normal. HIDA scan for gallbladder showed a 57% EF. During my HIDA scan and CKK injection I had severe nausea, heartburn, lower abdominal cramping, and right upper quadrant pain. Because my EF and all scans are normal, I am back at square one. Where do I go next? I cannot live with this pain. My symptoms come in waves, and today has been by far the worst since I had my HIDA scan this morning. Can anyone please point me in another direction? I just need help, I am so miserable.
