just wondering, how likely is it to become pregnant in the few days after your period ends? say a 7 day period so having sex on the 8th & 9th day...
am i correct in thinking it is remote as ovalution does not happen to approximatly 14 days after the cycle starts? and this is the fertile time?

For some women the most fertile time is right after their period, depending on the length and so forth. Also, some women can/have gotten pregnant while having sex on their period. So, no time is really "safe".
