I had three internal hemorrhoids removed on Wednesday June 3. I had my first BM on the second day it hurt, but not as bad as the ones that followed. Now it is day 8 after the surgery. I am supposed to return back to work on Monday the 14th. I hope I will heel by then. How will I take salt water baths after my BM.? I am feeling kind of scared ,going back to work. Any suggestions :'(
If you're working in a sedentary office job, get yourself a hemorrhoid pillow so that you won't strain your rectal veins while seated, and force yourself to get up every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
