Goat usually develops in the join of the first toe. Usually there are others symptoms involved, such as inflammation, pain, redness and swelling. These symptoms develop very quickly, even in one day and symptoms rarely develop in two or three fingers simultaneously- usually they do in one joint at the time. I cannot say whether you have gout or not, this is up to your doctor to determine, but I can tell you for sure that you should visit your doctor. If these symptoms are left untreated, goat can damage your joins and even cause disability. I do not want to scare you, but just in case… matter of caution.
