About 12 months ago, I visited my doctor, because of constant stomach problem. According to all symptoms that I have reported, my doctor said he doubt I suffer of gluten intolerance. He did Iga + Igg gluten test about six to seven weeks after I was given up gluten. It turns as he was right and I have gluten intolerance, which I cannot understand. Is there anyone who might tell me more about this condition, because I really wish to know more about this?

I could tell you I had symptoms of gluten intolerance too. However, when I done exactly the same test as you did, doctor did not diagnose me with gluten intolerance. The fact was that upon my next visit doctor proudly told me I was OK because the test came back negative. However, I realized He never told me I have to have a high gluten diet for at least three months before taking the test for it to come back with a positive. Anyway, I now know the gluten is the main problem and probably he misdiagnosed me. That is why I was searching a lot about this problem, so I could tell you something more. You should know that gluten intolerance or gluten strips out the lining of your stomach means it is letting poisons go directly into your body. Problem is that body sees the gluten as invader and makes anti-gluten which attacks gluten in bread malt pasta etc. Trouble is glutamine is very similar to gluten chemically, and glutamine is produced by the body to re-grow the stomach lining. Beside this, it is also an essential brain chemical specifically amino acid. It also is needed to repair muscle growing. You also need to know gluten in food produces an anti-glutamine, which attacks the brain or muscle or stomach depending on what is happening at the time.

Look up Celiac Disease it enplanes what you have. I have a gluten/wheat intolerance, but the symptoms are joint swelling and pain. I was feeling old at 43 and thinking I was getting arthritis, turns out it was just wheat. I started tanning and cut out wheat and I feel better than I every have. Better then I did at a teenager. The sun makes me feel good and the lack of wheat makes me so much better. It even helps my sinus allergy's.
