Does it like get in the way? Sometimes. It depends on the size and stiffness. Mine is ideal at 5.5" to 6" hard; smaller when soft. It can get tangled in boxers, and I have to adjust my clothing. When it gets hard it can be uncomfortable in close-fitting clothes. It can also be embarrassing as erections can be quite noticeable and can occur at inconvenient times.

What does it feel like to be rubbed? It depends how it is 'rubbed'. We guys usually don't so much rub as stroke.
