I'm not sure how interconnected these symptoms are, so I will describe them individually. Perhaps someone will be able to suggest connections between them.

  • Halitosis - Smells a little bit like moth balls. When I floss, the residue on my floss seems to smells strongly of the same scent.
  • Chest pain - On the left side, below my center of my 6th rib (counting down from my collar bone), it's a pinching sort of pain and comes irregularly. 
  • Stomach pain - I get this especially when I smoke marijuana. I have almost never smoked it in the past 6 months because of this. I get very painful bloating, loss of appetite, right under my rib cage diaphragm area. I've been a bi-weekly cannabis smoker since I was 14 or so, but it has only started to bother me in this way throughout the past year.
  • Gas - I get this every other day or so. I have very disgusting smelling flatulence, sometimes wet and often feels corrosive. When I have this, it's often accompanied or preceeded by soft stool
  • Stinging Urination - Fairly mild, but consistent, every time I pee. No discharge or discoloration. I seem to become dehydrated very easily.
  • Testicle pain - Comes around every month and a half unprovoked. Dull ache, feels like a cavity. Goes away on its own after a day or so.
  • ED - I have a lot of trouble getting it up even when I'm very aroused. I can't wear condoms because I reliably become soft in the process of putting them on. It leads to a lot of embarassing and uncomfortable situations. I have gone without porn for about a year in an effort to correct this, I'm also very comfortable with my partner and definitely very attracted to her.

I am 21 years old, athletic, vegetarian and mostly vegan. I do not drink caffeine I eat mostly organic food, but I will binge from time to time on pastries and chocolate. I am definitely worried about allergies, both to marijuana and foods, though I'm not sure they could be causing these problems. I have elminated the possibility of most parasites through various stool and blood samples. I have also had an upper endoscopy, after which I was told that my stomach was inflamed (though no ideas why) and there was a small benign  polyp towards the entrance of my small intestine. This procedure also eliminated cyliac disease. I'm also clear of STDs including HIV, according to a recent test at a free clinic. I am heterosexual and monogamous. 

I'm very afraid. I'm walking a path in life in which I know I can do great things to change the world for the better, but my health is becoming a serious obstacle. Any suggestions about possible solutions, connections between my symptoms, diagnostic propositions or advice about how I should proceed in diagnosing and treating my health is very welcome.
