I just finished my period on saturday and today I noticed a bump outside of my vagina. Yesterday when I took a shower I didnt feel anything. The bump is somewhat hard. During my period I ran and I had a napkin on and got rashes the next day. can this be caused by the napkin and me running ? Please help.
