Dude what you say about the doctors is soooo not f*****g true i mean every doctor will know whats up or will find out whats up but you just saw a couple lines of text and the doctor saw the problem so i think the doctor would know if it was just some prostate stones they are not fools dude.... You'r the fool if u think that your own diagnose is better than what the doctor will say.... Doctor is one of the rare professions that do not care about what money they will get from there job.... And why would they?? They have work enough seriously.... Some really work very late just to help the people so its not for the money. If they want money they just work longer and will never let people come more often so they have work (that was the case some time ago with some doctors cause a lack of patients/fools who trust the internet and their own diagnose more than a doctor) btw if a doctor doesnt know the problem instantly dont blame him for ow the shithead and he only wants money i mean they need to know eeeevery problem that a human can have with his body so if he doesnt know something it is very normal. They are very hard working people who are highly educated and do not earn much money for all the work they do (many doctors even work till 11pm or sometimes later or wake up in the middle of the night just to help people) so stop sh**ting on them and show some respect.... They are people who work for the health of other people and still get so much hate cause fools like you say he only works for money.... Thanks, i just wanted to say this so maybe other stupid people might realize this (ofc there are always exceptions but hey in every part of the economy there are exceptions) i really really hope you learned somthing dude and dont look at them like "they only want money" or so but for willing to help people.... Prostate Stones it is

I am also suffering such types of very critical disease.when I do urine and that time sperm passes just like stone.It is look like uncooked rice and also Half cook rice.It causes many problem like paining my penis.If I carry heavy thing and also doing hard work then paining in side of my penis tube.It causes after a week and over hottest.

Over the past 3 months, from time to time, I have got small stones or gel lumps in my sperm they are small max 1x1 mm but feel extremely painful when I am coming. They also hurt sometimes after sex when I pee I can feel that the some that did not come out with the sperm are still in the urethra and flush with the urine.

I do not have any problem peeing otherwise, just after I had sex/ejaculate.

NOTE: I been checking my kidneys for stones and they did not find anything.

I attach a picture so you can see how they look like. I can easily crush them between my fingers so more like a gel than stone.

I have the exact same problem. The gel lumps look exactly identical to the ones in the picture you posted. Have you found any cause or solution yet?

I had the same problem. I stopped drinking coffee, especially black coffee and replaced it with just milk or chocolate milk and yes, stayed hydrated as well. Also, I used to skip meals before, which I corrected. I dont have the issue so far, now.

I got the exact thing you described after not eating for 48 hours (due to being busy with work and such) and then ate just some lean meat with salad, it cannot be an STD as I've only had sex with the same partner for the past 4 years and we were both virgins, I've felt extremely thirsty the day before I got it due to sweating and probably not drinking enough, I haven't been to a doctor but the problem does fit the description of a protein build up and not enough water consumption as others have mentioned

The same thing has happened to me twice. Kind of freaking me out. The first time was few months back and then again today. So is there no medical term for this or nothing a doctor can do?

I have the same problem (Amber colored crystals in semen that turn to sand when pressed). I went to a urologist. He told me:

1. It's not a prostate Stone, prostate stones never come out unless they are cut out.
2. It was no indication of anything bad.
3. They were likely protein in nature.
4. He offered to send it to a lab for analysis.

Lab confirmed: 100% protein.

Exactly what I have. Urologist lab analysis was 100% protein matter. I've been working out and recently upped my protein intake.

I agree with Guest here. I had the same issue when I was a teen. And had never had sex prior to this happening. Went to a doctor and they told me to drink more water, cut down on the soda, and see if that helps. I would go with prostate stones over and STD.
