As my orgasm was winding down, I felt a weird and not totally pleasant sensation moving along in my penis. I was able to express several small dark objects. They were the color of dark amber, a few mm across, and smooth. The consistency was something like cartilage. When they dried, they shrank by about half and got hard.

It could most likely be coagulated blood from a burst vein in your prostate or testicle, from what I've heard this is normal if there was trauma to the testicles or prostate or from to much or not enough ejaculation, but if it persist for more than 2-3 weeks than go see a doctor because you are still bleeding internally and it become an infection. but most doctor will probably prescribe antibiotics just as preventative measure against infection in any case.
