This has been going on for.. years, I would guess. Since I was in high school, and I graduated in 2011. Every few months or so (seems like every 3) I get a sickness, accompanied with lots of back pain, stomach pain, and a missed period. I'm a virgin, so I know I'm not pregnant. It starts out with a dull ache in my back, and some mild cramping in my stomach. Then a few days later it's hell. Back pain, some stomach cramps, off and on during the day and all through the night. I can't sit comfortably, or even lie comfortably most of the time. I take hot, hot baths regularly during this time because it makes me feel better for a while. I've been to the doctor's on two separate visits for this same 'illness'. One doctor told me it was gas (sort of embarrassing, but I have no trouble passing gas at either end!). And the other told me to go on a diet. I have no idea what it is. I just know it COULD be woman related, maybe not. I would also know if anyone else has these symptoms, if they've noticed they're under a lot of stress before they get sick? I'm starting to wonder if it's stress induced. It's happened during the winter (near Christmas, the new year, school starting back up), the fall, with school starting back up, and the end of the school year (graduations). But really not sure, I'm just looking for possibilities!  Also, my periods are fairly normal, however, a little heavy else wise while I'm not sick like this. Happens about three times a year. Thanks in advance. Specs: I'm 19 (20 on December 30th), very overweight. I know being overweight could be a factor for a lot of things, but I want other possibilities as well.
