It appears that after a very vacation filled summer, I’ve ended up gaining about 15lbs. I came across a website which talks about calorie shifting as a technique for losing weight. My question is..has anyone tried this technique before? I got the idea to perhaps try this from this site This site seems to promote or sell the fatloss4idiots diet, which sounds and looks like some dieting scam. Any thoughts, has anyone here tried this diet before? I read somewhere that celebrities often use calorie shifting to lose weight quickly before certain roles.
Any thoughts or personal experience would be much appreciated :-D

Hello there I have not heard of calorie shifting?! I can say that I have lost a good amount of weight with cutting calories! I am a female 5'2 (very short) I use to weight 160, that is a lot for my height. I would use a small notebook or journal and leave it on the table open so I could see it everyday.This helped me not eat whatever was in front of me, also If you buy a calorie book about $5 reveiw it and you will see how many calories are in every single type of food, this also will help you out! I lost about 40pounds and im still going strong! I have been doing it for a while and don't need to write it down but if you try this it should work! :-)
