Haven't started period but VAGINAL "mucus" discharge?!

So I am 13 and I have been having this white stuff in my underwear for a long time now is it my period or how long will it be till I get my period???

Dont worry the white foggy stuff is normal that means your close to your period

I've been having the stuff too, but like for 18 months now and it's really annoying and no matter what website I go to, it always says that after the white stuff comes, in 6-12 months your period will come. IT"S BEEN 18 MONTHS!!!! :|

No dont worry discharge comes throuh out your life (for girls) and it basically means that your vagina is cleaning its self. Some girls have discharge for years before there period starts so keep calm and carrynon!!

I just well i think that i started me period but idk. and my mom and sis say i havn't even tho there is blood on my undewear and TP my mom and sis want me to sho them my used TP and I feel really unconf. tellin them.

i am just gona bring pads and tampons every where i go.
