Easy guys. basically, the problem is. I finally get Hydrocortisone Cream (1%) to treat mild phimosis (only get it when erect not flaccid)
but it says for external use only. And my doctor didnt explain where to apply it (he seemed more shy than me!!)
I've read the label and it's all just "dont take unless you're allergic to the ingredients" blah blah etc etc. So do I pull my foreskin back and put the cream on the inside of the ring part, or have
the foreskin forewards and just rub the cream into the very tip. Or the outside shaft.
