Alright, well, after years of self-hatred and tears and being too heavy, I finally decided to really focus and do something about it.

So, I cut down calories and everything, started walking more, but I'm not seeing any results. I mean, I've been trying very hard, but I just seem to be staying the same. And I can't understand it, because last night, I did at least 90 minutes or so of exercise (on the rowing machine, exercise bike and some yoga and such on the Wii fit) I weighed myself and found I'd gained 2lbs.
I just don't understand this at all, is there something I'm missing?
