Try putting pressures both sides of nose around the septum and hold it and breathe through the mouth and see if you still feel these symptoms if so see a very good ENT surgeon and get a X-ray of nose

Hi molly,
Same here- frontal head pressure burning nose sensation but not runny nose.
Eyes dry itchy and fatigue.
By evening I feel like iam dead with extreme fatigue.
No fever and normal appetite.
Doctors did some blood test says as normal.
Confused iam. It's like since 8 months having this..
Not sure how and when it will be fine..

I've experienced these things as well. I changed my diet and short healthy and started working out. Got rid of a of these symptoms. Your body can only run on malnutrition for so long.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I'm feeling the same way

Many of you sound like myself who has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. Please research it at ilads.org as there is a lot of false info out there regarding diagnosis and treatment. I pray you feel better soon.

Hey everyone ask your Doctors to do blood work and test for auto immune disorders such as RA etc..

I have had every test there is just about from heart ultrasound stress test catherization to Lung test pulmonary function test I've had stomach test endoscope barium swallow upper GI series they found gerd gastritis h-pylori hiatal hernia and gallbladder not functioning too good as well as fatty liver as of right now gallbladder was removed fatty liver is getting better no more h-pylori I've had several different types of blood tests only thing they could find is D vitamin deficiency B vitamin deficiency borderline hypothyroidism and prediabetes the pre diabetes will be eliminated very soon because I am on a carb diet losing weight I have all the same symptoms that are on this post burning in nose headache extreme fatigue neck pain chest pain even pain in my back and problems with balance they have tried me on anxiety medications I still have all the same problems I've had all my lady parts checked my gynecologist I had endometriosis and polyps on cervix endometriosis was scraped off polyps removed still sick with all the same symptoms you all have it is none of those things that I have named except for the possibility of hiatal hernia also currently they are thinking there's possibly an issue going to look into that soon with the ring where your stomach opens and closes right near the hiatal hernia I've been treated for asthma bronchitis I don't have neither one of those things even been treated for emphysema don't have that either it is believed some kind of way or another everything is related to my stomach the burning in the eyes acid reflux trouble breathing acid reflux chest pain acid reflux back pain acid reflux neck pain acid reflux acid reflux can be worse if I hiatal hernia is present or there is an issue with the stomach opening and closing the neck pain chest pain back pain is associated with the esophagus I've also been tested for costochondritis I do not have that I've had my eyes checked for the dizziness it's not my eyes I'm currently seeing an ENT for the dizziness I will find out very soon if there's anything wrong with my ears or the crystals in my ears to out rule ears as the cause of the dizziness. also you have a nerve called the vagus nerve that runs from your stomach to your neck when that is irritated it can cause the chest pains and neck pains a hiatal hernia and other stomach related issues can irritate the vagus nerve and make acid reflux worse acid reflux causes the trouble breathing and acid reflux can cause fatigue the unbalanced is possibility related to the pain in the back of neck. I'm also going to be seeing a rheumatologist to out rule any autoimmune diseases. Basically what I'm trying to tell you all is more likely stomach related hope I helped saved everyone a lot of money as it has costed me everything that I've got to get this much information I've been checked top to bottom I've also seen a neurologist had CAT scans on my brain everything is good had nerve test everything is good also seen a psychiatrist who believes my anxiety is not mental but rather do to a physical illness I've also had high blood pressure on and off and a high heart rate on and off which no one can explain but is believed to be a combination of anxiety and pain of my body meaning sickness. I've even had a colonostomy all I could tell any of you is it is stomach related whether you have a hiatal hernia by the way the chest stomach type pains or called esophageal spasms they are caused by acid reflux and possibly related to nerve issues in the stomach such as the vagus nerve and possibly related to hiatal hernia the breathing issues is the acid reflux your breathing in Burns your nose and eyes give you a bad headache my advice to everyone here get their ears checked buy an EMT if it is not ears start checking the stomach. FYI Hiatal hernias especially if they small can be very hard to pick up on test my doctor was able to find mine whenever he remove my gallbladder it never showed up on test also if it's just a matter of acid reflux PPI medication should help but if there's something else going on with your stomach like hiatal hernia or , trouble with the stomach ring then no amount of ppis will help you I know because I spent $10,000 trying to find one.

also I was tested for Lyme disease as well don't have that that's actually very rare to have it unless you stay in the woods or live around wooded areas it comes from ticks an not the normal tapes that usually get on your dogs in the yard these come from woods so if you don't live in the woods or go in the woods you can eliminate that
