In late december... I started feeling funny! I was driving to work one day and I had felt like I was drunk or high or something.. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I just felt wierd...

As time went on my symptoms have gotten worse and worse.. I'm always tired.. I have so much pressure in my head.. I get headaches alot.. My head pulsates, and throbs... It sucks... I get this wierd pressure behind my eyes, which makes it hard to keep my eyes open.. Sometimes I get pressure behind my nose to.. I'm dizzy, and have vertigo.... It's the strangest thing in the world.. I've been to the docters 6 times so far.. I've had anti biotics with no luck.. I've had blood work done.. and the results were fine...... I have a cat scan tomorrow.. hopefully it's nothing terrible.. but im really scared.. its been 3 god damn months. My life is on hold pretty much, and i'm on the verge of losing my job...

I need to get this problem fixed, because I'm not sure how much longer i can live like this.. it sucks.... It makes me miserable and depressed....

I hope all of us can find a cure soon because i wouldnt wish this c**p upon my worst enemy!!

Hi all I get something similar, mainly a pain in my neck sometimes I can pinpoint it and sometimes not but is usually at the very base of my skull and the cracking and crunching from a head roll is bizzare. Sometimes I get an aching that feels in my eyeballs and also at the top of my jaw and also the odd burning sesations all over my head. Its wierd and has been going on for 14 months, I have had the usual sinus tablets and a blood test and am currenly having physio on my neck but I'm not convinced. The strange thing is how the pain fluctuates week to week.

Well I crossed this forum and I let you my brief description, I have a pain on my head, a burden, in front of my head, on my forehead, on my back other times of the head too. I feel tired always. I want to sleep a lot, ok I sleep 6~8 hours per day, but it's obvious with our work ( I study too as being a university-student), I have my plenty of times my feet and my hands cold as duck from refrigarator... I have noticed dizzyness very light, I made checkup for my blood (now I expect about thyreoid ) and they I are ok , I will be seeing a tomography (?) for my head...
The common devisor here, is that we all share knowledge of computer...and perhaps we sit a lot ;-)
The funniest is that you probably all are from US, and I am from Greece.
Is our life sucks?

let me just say i read your posts and i would say if you've been noticing something for a while dont ignore it even if you cant figure out what it is... SERIOUSLY... ive had dull numbing headaches to twitching to tingling to hot feverish flashes to sometimes my hearing feeling like it is fading a bit to you name it and i let it go for a long time not doing anything about it. My advice in hindsight IS DONT IGNORE IT. If you do, at some point may be hard to shake. I would suggest trying something different for a couple months and see if it goes away or lessons... but i mean very different; so if you're in school take a couple months off, if your working go on an extended vaction. Just something drastically different and see if it disappears. If you ignore it too long you may end up doing more damage then you had intended. If it doesn't feel right, something isnt right. Spoken from someone who's learned the lesson the hard way.

Looking back I wish someone had given me that advice cause fixing after the fact takes a lot longer...

I've been suffering with this now for 3 months :-( And i'm not sure how much longer I can put up with it for.My GP keeps giving me antibiotics for sinusitis and they don't work.It feels like my skull is shrinking,my nose is burning constantly and I have a terrible pain in my eye.Not even co-codamol (30/500) abd tramadol get rid of it.I have discovered though that aerosols seem to trigger it..polish,deoderant,air freshner etc. Also I have a big lump in my nose.My Dr is reffering me to ENT at the end of the mont if i'm no better...So if I get an answer I'll let you know what it is.

i have been suffering with most of these symptoms for over 2 years now. i am only 20 and it all started soon after i finished my school exams. first the pressure in my forehead came along and then 3 or four months later i started feeling extremely tired, no matter how much sleep i got i still woke up tired and had to sleep in the day. it was terrible as i was trying to hold down a job while feling so bad. i also felt very sick when waking up in the morning but that has stopped now. i have been to see all kinds of people, including an ENT, neurologist, accupuncturist, physician, etc. but none have been able to work out what is causing the symtoms. recently the ENT prescribed me amitryptiline which is an anti depresant but on a small dosage which is meant to relax muscles and has actually worked in partially reducing the pressure in forehead, but there is definitely still some sort of blockage as my ears still feel blocked and the pressure still coems back. i also find it gets worse when i drink alcohol as does the fatigue. i was also diagnosed after a blood test as allergic to house dust mites and so have been taking loratadine and a nose spray along with the amitryptiline. But even so my tiredness still persists even though it might be slightly better than when it first started occuring it is very depressing and as others have said i just want to feel normal again. i am carrying on with amitryptiline and hoping the gradual improvements continue clearing all the pressure and hopefully improving my tiredness. i hope this helps others out there suffering with similar symptoms.

dont ignore the symptoms.... seriously try something different... you're body is trying to send you a message about something... try reevaluating what is going on in your life; lifestyle balance; work; school ; whatever but make a change or your body will and you wont be happy with the result...

Just like most of you, I've been googling my symptoms and got here. I've been having the same symptoms as some of you: migrating pressure, tiredness, weir feeling in eyes, ears. I also feel like I can feel my heart-beat in different parts of my body at different times. (I haven't had burning nose or eyes).

I'm from the Czech Republic and I guess the diagnostics for similar symptoms is a bit different here. First, I had blood tests for lyme disease which came out negative. Now, I'm going to EEG and CT and if they're OK, too, my neurologist thinks it's going to be a spine problem.

It's taking so long, I have 3 more weeks before I see my neurologist and have all the results of the scans and so on. I've had the problems for more than 2 months now and I can't live like this any longer, i think. I took Neurol, which is an anti-depressant and it helped to relieve the symptoms but after 5 days, they're back and I don't want to double my dosage cause the drug is addictive and makes me even more tired..... I slept 13 hours today and feel tired anyway....

I wonder why people are not coming back to the site to tell others about their progress. I promise, I'll be back in November when I will know more about my condition. So far, I only know it's not Lyme disease.

I have been having a tickling sensation in my forehead in the shape of a circle, which sometimes feels like it's pressing downward onto my face. I also feel tingling behind my eyes & nose. And pressure & strange sensations in my head--sometimes tingling, sometimes burning. Even though I am extremely tired, I can never sleep. I had an MRI, and it was normal. I don't feel like I have any sinus thing going on that's any different than my sinuses have been for years (and don't see how that could cause these symptoms).

Wondering What's Going On

Oh my god I can't believe it I've found a forum that is talking about what I am experiencing and I can't stop laughing. My god dear lord Jesus in heaven thank you for google haha I been going through the same problems for almost a year now and it’s driving me insane!!!

I think it may be do to the fact that I am about 40 pounds over my normal weight I'm 6 foot 4 and I'm 30 years of age and I weigh about 270+ I think I should weigh around 230-240 but most if not all of these problems are happening to me. I know I need to lose weight!

I also hate that damn needles feeling on my arms head and legs the first time this happened I though I was having a heart attack but later found out I was having a massive PANIC attack they suck so much by the way.

I am also feeling major head and eye pressure. Have been feeling this way about 2 months now. Have been to the Dr and the dentist. My cheeks, eyes, and ears are full of pressure. My nose burns, and even though it feels like a sinus infection, nothing is coming out!! All I want to do is sleep. Did 2 antibiotics and feel worse today than I have in the 2 months I've been dealing with this.

What do we do next? Get a CT scan of our sinuses?
