Have you had your hormone levels checked to make sure it isn't anything like adrenal fatigue? Adrenal fatigue causes lethargy and other symptoms you have been experiencing.

Might want to do a sleep
Study to see if you have sleep apnea, especially if your falling a sleep during the day and if you wake up with headaches. I had no idea when I was diagnosed. Was being woken up constantly from obstructed breathing and had no recollection. I would wake with a headache and even know I was in bed for 10 hours, I wasn't get very much sleep. I was falling asleep all day long.

Hi all. I'm 42 years old and for the past three four months, I've suffered many of the symptoms outlined in the threads by others. Tremendous pressure in my head. Often the bridge of my nose and my temples. It's accompanied by what I can only describe as a sensation of fullness or fuzziness in my head. My eyes sting almost constantly and are dry and blood shot with swollen red veins. In addition, I have a hissing sound present in my left ear, I'm often tired and require more sleep.
It's frustrating. ENT have carried out an examination of my nose with a camera. Deviated septum evident but nothing more. The medical professionals thus far have been dismissive and frankly, given the effect this is having on me, I'm losing patience with them.
There's no doubt that there is some kind of organic cause behind these symptoms. I know my body and will not tolerate the assertion that it may be psychosomatic. I just know it isn't.
So I've started to challenge my GP (whichever I'm allocated on any given visit to my surgery, and I will not accept apathy from the medical profession. None of us should! A common thread in these posts is a reluctance on the part of medicine to carry out thorough investigations and preserver in trying to find a cause and solution to what is clearly having an awful effect on all who have posted.
I don't expect doctors to be miracle workers, but I do expect them to be diligent, thorough and tenacious in what is a very well paid vocation.
I'll let you know if I have any joy. Hope you all get the care you deserve.

I have the same exact issues as you.
I found out over 10 years ago that I have a deviated septum.. But, something has to give..I'm only 36 and this is driving me nuts.

What I believe it is, is that deviated septom, is the main issue, along with dust mite allergies.. My glands are swollen behind my ear lobes and my head always feels like it's about to explode. Kinda like the cartoon characters with steam coming from their ears.Lol.
This is miserable though. Hopefully I can look into getting the surgery for the septum.
Good luck everyone

I have dull pressure in the back of my head on the right side and a feeling like there's water in the back of my nose like I've jumped in a pool, I want to believe it's an infection but not sure, I do receive some drainage causing me to clear my throat, can someone help me understand what it could be?

I have been having these symptoms for 3 months now. Blood tests, CT scans all negative. Four different antibiotics and no relief. First symptom was the burning and crusting of an existing post surgical hole in my septum and burning at the base of my nose (between the eyes) that caused me to sneeze a lot.
A doctor in the E.R. tried to blame the symptoms on anxiety, but I don't know how that could cause the hole in my septum to increase twice the size as it was before.

I have similar problems Molly. Did you ever get any relief from this? My doctor says that my sinus issues around my eyes (pressure) along with fatigue and pressure on top of my head, is probably caused by an allergy and sinus problem due to molds. The antibiotics only work to cure bacterial sinus problems, not the mold problems. We live next to a river and a woods, so it's always damp. I always have this and it's awful. I hope you are feeling better now.
