Can anyone give me an answer?

i have been suffering from severe headaches and muscles spasms for almost a year now. i have tried various drug such as beta blockers ampitriplatyne, paramax, ibuprofen, migard. nothing seems to help. when i have an attack i cant even stand up. the muscle spasms are mainly in my shoulder travelling up the neck and into the jaw. this is sometimes followed by severe headache and pain behind the eye. my doctor has reffered me for physio and i am on a waiting list to see a neurologist. nothin i try has worked so far. even typing this i can feel a pain in my shoulder. this has started to affect every aspect of my life. plz help
