does anybody have suggestions on how to eat healthy on the go? I am constantly in and out of meetings and i eat out lot as time is limited to cook. Can anyone suggest fast meals that can be made that are filled with nutrients & high in fibre?

For a quick snack during the day, I really like the Kashi cereal bars.

If you need more of a complete meal, try one of those meal replacement bar that they have in health food stores or at the gym.
