Help! Feel like sperm is obstructed/blocked during ejaculati

You do not overmasturbate. Why do guys think its possible to overdo because I know guys who do it 5 times a day and are in good health. I myself do it anywhere from once a week to once a day depending on how I feel that week. The sitting though is bad you need to take breaks and stretch out and maby even 10 min jog because 8 hours sitting is far too long, and can even be deadly if a vein decides to burst in your head. I knew a guy who did a 42 hour marathon at least once a month and he died about 20 hours Into one from veins bursting.

late to the pump with this (no pun intended), but i have exactly the same issue, caused in the same manner, except that it was a gal i was with who did the squeezing, she squeezed on the bottom of my penis just like the way you described to stop the ejaculate and i felt some ripping pain like a muscle was being torn or something on the inside, ever since then when i orgasm there is merely a dribble of ejaculate where before i always had 4-6 huge bolts, it's killed my self esteem and cost me lost relationships, girls wonder where the spunk is, i'm 50 now and this problem is almost a 10 year old problem, sex sucks, masterbation sucks, and i've visited several urologists in the detroit area and none know what this is from, they all seem to claim it is normal for reduced ejaclulate as a man ages, but i tell them it was sudden after this constriction thing that happened, i've never had any other problems there or diseases or anything, this has ruined my life and no one can seem to even put test together to investigate the cause, if it was over masterbating then it wouldn't have been sudden and having stopped masterbating often for years now would have shown some recovery, but there has been no improvement, it feels like the ejaculate is going somewhere else other than shooting out, and it feels bad..... HELP ME! PLEASE ANYONE, IS THERE ANY UROLOGIST WHO CAN INVESTIGATE?

Could be sti/ std, prostatitis, urethral stricture, bladder infection, uti, cancer, tumor, prostate infection, ngu, hpv/ hsv in urethra.  Have had pain/ burning during urination and ejaculation for 3 months.  Was tested for std 3 times with negative results was treated with antibiotics but still have pain in urethra, issue releasing urine.  Always feels like I need to urinate, Dribbles out after completed. This is a very difficult one to find a solution to. I can not use your typical laundry detergents, because I have a sensitivity to Bleach and/or Chloramines in the detergents. My unitary track is a degree more sensitive to bleach. I am finding that I can not dink large amounts of water that have been treated with bleach. You will need to buy the filtered water at the grocery store. There is usually a spicket in the beverage section or upfront near the check out lanes. This water has most of the bleach removed, because the bleach breaks down small capacity filtration equipment. Ask yourself this question: Do I get rashes form laundry detergents?

I have been experiencing similar problems as well.  But only on my left side.  I recently became a massage therapist and am learning everyday how dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system can reek havoc on many of the body's processes.  Because these issues don't show up on xrays and MRIs most doctors are completely clueless.  It is up to us for the most part to learn as much as we can about our own bodies.

I havnt had a chance to read all these posts so not sure if im replying to the most relevant, so forgive me. I`ve had trouble ejeculating for the last ten yrs i`ve been to every std clinic in london and no joy. After yrs of antibiotics and anti inflamatorys with no effect i ended up at chelsea and westminster dermatology. A fantastic chap there prof Bunker diagnosed my prob as lichen sclerossis and prescribed dermovate covered all over the penis twice a day for at least a month ( i thought he`s mad it needs more of an internal solution than this) and after 2wks i`ve noticed a drastic change for the better. So i sugest go c ur quack and give it a go. I only hope this helps people out there as i know the quality of life diminishes drasticly with this prob . Just to say after ten yrs of missdiagnosis it is a joy to see a light at end of tunnel. Unlike my spelling. Good luck all

This pain also seems to affect my lower right back and down to ass muscle after the blockage? Been three years chasing it and Iv'e been with my wife since 17 and never had a problem before and how you say it ruins your quality of life.. Well your spot on, She thinks I don't like her anymore or its her and thats the farthest from the truth, Just have no desire and no test level anymore.Its like around 58 which is off the charts I guess. Sucks..
