I can see that these posts are really old, but I have kind of a similar issue. Recently when I ejaculate only about half the normal amount comes out and it feels like I have not cleaned the pipes properly. It is also about half the fun. Recently I held off for about 6 days (until my nuts hurt.) When I did bang one out, I took my time about it and really got to the point where I couldn't hold it any more. When I actually ejaculated it was disappointing (a small amount) and then I shot out a really lumpy bit with some serious pressure behind it.
I still feel like the pipes are still blocked though!!!
Do you think I should wait another week and try to build up pressure to blow the rest out or keep trying while the is some movement there??
By the way, I really appreciate the honesty on this page and would be interested to see how some of the old posts are now.
Cheers

My only question...were you “high” when you wrote this?? What a ramble!! 6 WHOLE DAYS of research? WOW! That’s incredible!! I know some researchers will put 20 YEARS (or longer) into something like this! Keep going...you’re almost there!

Hey mate,
Did you ever have a weird explosive feeling inside at any point?
I think it caused some sort of reaction for me which happened suddenly one day.

I believe I told what happened to me on another website a number years ago. It has now been over 16 years. I had normal functional and a good sex drive at 56, when during a sexual encounter, right after ejaculation, inappropriate pressure was applied around the base of my penis between the shaft and testicles, and after a few seconds I felt a sharp pain and then swelling. I believe the injury may have been intentional but that's another issue. I suffered with it for about eight months thinking it may get better, before seeing the first urologist, more about that later, trying to manipulate or treat it myself, which may have made it worse. The effects were that I felt an enlarged area below the base of the penis in the corpus spongiosum which blocked the flow of energy, sensation, and blood to the area in the shaft in front of it, causing my penis not to feel like it was not actually when attempting to masturbate because of the shape and sensation difference. When I would ejaculate, instead of shooting out as before it would dribble out most of the time, and had to get past a level of sensation to ejaculate and then the contractions felt inhibited, the eventual feeling sometimes more intense and at one point for a certain period, painful. It felt like there was a new erogenous zone where the injury bottled blood flow then there was a dicconnect in sensation in the middle of my penis, and more normal toward the head. It felt more normal when having intercourse. I could see the difference when erect; the component of the circumference that comprised the corpus spongiosum was reduced in the middle of my penis, being slightly curve inward instead of full as before. It also usually took longer to become erect. Right after the injury occurred, just walking around normally I felt pressure in my groin, and when I sat down I would have to pull my testicles out to relieve the pressure, which I tried to do discreetly if in public. This sensations in the groin when walking around or sitting down lasted for several years. To get back to the beginning, after eight months I went to a urologist I had seen before for some things, and he dismissed the possibility of an injury before he even examined me, and couldn't see anything because at that time I needed to be erect or semierect to detect the enlargement. I then went to another urologist, trying to point out the spot particularly, and he said I suffered a rupture of erectile tissue in the corpus spongiosum at the base of the penis where it leaves the body, but there is no treatment and it takes a year to soften up, and told me to be happy. After a year, and a year and half with no improvement and the doctor not replying to being asked for a prognosis, I stopped seeing him. A few years later at someone's suggestion, I saw another urologist, and he examined me, lying down this time, but could not find anything. I pointed out the area of concern and he said it was a normal partition. I told him a previous doctor said I had suffered a rupture of her erectile tissue, and he said maybe I had a slight tear. Just don't do that again, as though it's something I did. Completely dismissing it. Maybe seven years later, when seeking a urologist for hormone treatment, as my doctor had retired (my testosterone also dropped about six years after this happened and I think it was related, although they won't acknowledge such a connection attributing it just to age, which could be partly right but I think there's another component), I brought the issue up with two different urologists, who were incompetent, in my opinion, as far as hormone therapy, their knowledge and how they would treat it, and I didn't use them for that. But since I was there anyway, when I asked about the injury, which has greatly affected my life, they wanted to examine everything else first, and one of them was very dismissive, for example, when I mentioned the rupture, he asked if there was discoloration, and I said not visibly because it was an internal, and he said it would still shown, but that's not true. When I described the change in ejaculation, he said that happens with age. I told him it happened from one day to the next, after the injury. On my second visit when I told him I didn't think he was taking my concerns seriously, and is there any treatment, all he offered was perhaps treatment that would inject something in the penis to dissolve plaque, but that sounded sort of risky, and I don't think he had experience with that. In my experience, urologists are there most incompetent medical specialty I've encountered. I mean, if they can reattach a severed penis with microsurgery, certainly they can do something to help this type of condition, but they don't take it seriously. And maybe unless it was done right away it would be of questionable value. I showed the doctor who talk about discoloration an MRI I found of a case that I think was similar to mine, where the guy's penis was injured during sex, and swelled up, and the MRI the next day showed a tear in the corpus spongiosum about the same area as my problem; he underwent surgery and they repaired the tear with several stitches. I don't know about his recovery, but at least that may have restored function. But after months with no treatment, I would imagine scar tissue forms. Perhaps the new ultrasonic shockwave treatment being used for ED would help, I don't know.

In the sixth line of my post above there were various typos. This is the corrected line:
...causing my penis to feel like it was not actually mine when attempting to masturbate because of the shape and sensation difference.
