I strongly advise that you get a second medical opinion. Unexplained weightloss could be serious, diet notwithstanding.
In addition, your posted diet seems high in carbs (cereal, bread, rice) and low in vegetables/fruit. You may be suffering from a low blood sugar condition called hypoglycemia (it can give you a dizzy, shakey feeling when your blood sugar is low). I want you to understand that I am NOT a medical provider and am simply giving you ideas to follow up.
1) eat small frequent meals - it will help stabilize your blood sugar. Breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack.
2) drink a lot of water - at least 64oz per day
3) stop eating anything white: no white flour, no white sugar, no white pasta, no white rice, no white bread. Go for whole grains and limit them to 2x per day.
4) eat a lot of vegetables and a couple low-glycemic fruit.
5) sprinkle ground flaxseeds over your eggs, in your salads, over your veggies.
6) eat lean protein, at least 10oz (cooked weight!) spread across your day in addition to a couple eggs.
and get that second opinion from a different doctor! ;-)
