I am 14 and a half and about 5 foot 9. My voice is starting to break. I have quite a lot of leg and arm hair, a bit of armpit and pubic hair. But still my penis is about 1 1/2 inch flaccid and 2 1/2 erected, so I am starting to show signs of puberty but my penis is still like a baby's. Also, all my friends are starting to get intimate with girls and I am afraid too in case she sees my penis. What should I do?

You are in puberty and developing normally.
As to penis size, some guys get big early and others later. It can grow into your 20's. Don't worry about size and don't compare yourself to others, everyone is different. Everyone develops at different rates/times.
If you trust a girl enough for her to see your penis then she should respect your privacy. You wouldn't go around saying something about her body now would you?

I am nearly 14 and honestly i wouldnt really care what size penis someone has. If you get that intimate for someone to see it then you should trust them. Some girls might not like big penises anyway or a girl you like might not even want to go that far . The girl you like might be embarresed about something of her own so you might be in the same situation.Dont panic about it though. We're nearly the same age and i dont nyone our age should be getting sexual or anything anytime soon . The farthest i would go is probably a snog or a intimate cuddle haha . You can probably tell i havent even had a kiss yet...
But anyway dont panic about it and dont get peer pressured into showing anything you dont want to. :)
